Chizuru Mizuki is a ghost in Fatal Frame: Shadow Priestess. Seven years prior to the story, when Sara Washizuki still lived in Karasawa Village, Chizuru was messing around on the bus, leaning out of the windows, and was decapitated by a road sign. Her ghost repeats her last minutes, getting on at the second to last stop and then vanishing before the end of the line.
