The Fish Tank Room is a room in Himuro Mansion. It connected the Backyard and Stairway room. When the household was active, live fish would have been kept in this room before being eaten, to ensure freshness. The Fish Tank Room is next to the Abyss, ensuring availability of fresh water.

Strange Phenomena

• On some occasions, a drop of a liquid falls into the water and what seems to be blood ripples in the water. However, it is unknown whose blood it may be, as there is no body to be seen.

Preserve Room Kanji いけすの間 （いけす　の　ま） Game Fatal Frame III: The Tormented Located at Manor of Sleep Function Food storage Status Sealed in a dream

The Fish Tank Room reappears in the Manor of Sleep as part of Miku's dream in Fatal Frame III, between the Foyer and the Confinement Room. Although the door no longer leads to an outdoor area, snow can be seen falling outside the windows. If you examine the water, Miku will comment, "I thought I felt something moving in the water, but it's so dirty I can't be sure. Could there be something still alive in here?"
