			One twin is said to have fled the [[Lost Village]]: the older of the final twin maidens, [[Yae Kurosawa]]. Due to her feelings for her sister, she refused to go through with the [[Crimson Sacrifice Ritual]] and fled the village with [[Sae Kurosawa\|Sae]] on the day it was to be performed. Unfortunately she lost track of Sae, who stumbled off the mountain path down which they fled. Yae scoured the mountain for her sister, but by the time she made it back to Minakami, the entire village had disappeared. [[Ryozo Munakata]] found her there, weeping at what had been the entrance to the village. Ryozo had left the village at [[Seijiro Makabe]]'s behest with a letter from the twins. But on the day of the Crimson Sacrifice Ritual, he returned to keep his promise to [[Itsuki Tachibana]]. He took in the pale, shaking, glassy-eyed Yae and cared for her. Eventually, the two married.

			帰れ」という真壁からの手紙を見て、一度は
			村を去ったが、紅贄祭の日、樹月との約束に
			より、再び村を訪れたのだ。
			ショックのためか、全てをわすれ病に伏した
			八重を世話するうちに、二人は結ばれる
			ことになる。
