}}'''Suzume Umishima''' was a fifth year student at [[Karasawa Elementary]] in 1936. On February 25th she was molested and murdered by the principal, who paid a construction worker to help him conceal her body beneath the school. It remained undiscovered for decades, during which time the school fell deeper and deeper under Suzume's curse.

When the [[Modern Architecture Group]] arrive at [[Karasawa Village]], Suzume Umishima's vengeful spirit attaches itself to [[Beniko Shirasagi]], a [[Necromancer]]. She uses Beniko to trap everyone in the school inside a [[Dark Seal]], and causes them to be beset by evil spirits and illusions. [[Sara Washizuki]] learns the truth and exposes Beniko, and then uses the [[Camera Obscura]] to purify Suzume's vengeful spirit. As soon as Suzume is freed, the school collapses. Her bones are later found beneath the ruins.
