Nori Ochazuki (御茶漬 海苔 Ochazuke Nori, born April 12th 1960) is a Japanese cartoon artist from Kawasaki, Kanagawa.
Her work is influenced by fellow manga artists Osamu Tezuka and Katsuhiro Otomo.
