Rougetsu Hall is a psychiatric sanatorium constructed as a new wing of Haibara Hospital. The facilities on the first floor are also equipped to welcome visitors from outside the island.
Within Rougetsu Hall, numbered rooms bear traditional names for the months of the calendar, starting from January. On the first floor, these are:
Room 101 Entrance Hall Mutsuki (Month of Affection)
Room 102 Dining Room Reigetsu (Month of Beauty)
The Kunihiko Asou Museum is the room in which Dr. Asou stayed when he visited Rougetsu Island, reconstructed following demolition of the original building. There is no charge to view the precious items on display, so please inform reception if you would like to do so.
The pool, "Suigetsu" (Moon Reflection), and courtyard, "Gekkaen" (Moonflower Garden) are also open to the public.
