Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse has 41 achievements. To unlock all of them, you’ll need to complete the story three times, which gives you the opportunity to collect any missed items. This guide will primarily focus on each category of achievements listed in the outline below except for the Story and Difficulty Specific category.

Full Eclipse is the final achievement which is unlocked from getting every other achievement.
Suggested Playthrough
First Playthrough
I recommend playing on Hard and enjoying the story without relying on this guide! You’ll collect a good amount of collectibles naturally, but don’t worry if you miss anything. Feel free to jot things down or create a full checklist after your first playthrough. I suggest starting on Hard because replaying the story multiple times can start to feel like a chore. You can quickly unlock the 'Bringing the Soul to the Moon' achievement later, since it only requires clearing the Final Phase on Normal or Easy.
Second Playthrough
The goal of the second playthrough would be to play on Nightmare and to do any clean up on collectibles that you've missed. The ghosts will obviously be harder, but this makes it easier to have them blossom due to their large health bar.
Third Playthrough
As mentioned earlier, you can speedrun through Normal or Easy. You could also use this playthrough to do any extra clean up from the previous playthrough.
Post Story
With the playthroughs, all if not most of your upgrades should be max. This would make Mission Mode a lot easier as some of the missions would require you to finish within a certain time or maximise points.
Taming the Spirits

Infinity
Achievement Description: Obtain the highest rank in all missions.
