Removed references to FF2 as it's kind of ambiguous where Minakami Village actually is - Twin Deification mentions the Chubu region, and Tamashizume mentions a village in Hokuriku, which is also the Chubu region. That village isn't Minakami, but I find it interesting that the western part of Honshu is mentioned twice in association with FF2 lore.

Also couldn't track down a non-Zero Novel reference to Himuro Mansion being in the Tohoku Region - I think it probably is, since Zero Novel leaned so heavily on FF1 notes, but if anyone's got a direct citation for that I'd appreciate it!-Midwinter (talk) 08:50, 7 June 2026 (BST)
