Rogetsu Hall was built as an extension to the main Haibara Infirmary building.
The interior is quite ornate, featuring local engravings, and looks more like a hotel than a sanatorium.
Apparently, patients from families of a somewhat higher social stature are hospitalized at the sanatorium. Some of those patients have connections with Director Haibara.
The old Rogetsu Hall hotel was demolished to build the sanatorium, but it seems some old shrines were also destroyed in the process.
