I've never met him personally, but he was a friend of Yuu. He used to write from time to time.
Yuu seems to have known lots of people both professionally and privately.
According to the letter, he and Yuu were doing research into Urban Legends. Maybe the Camera Obscura was somehow connected with that.
I should tell him about the accident.

He and Yuu were researching an urban legend about the "Manor of Sleep".
It is the same manor I have been seeing in my dreams.
He started looking into it because of his niece Mio, who fell prisoner to her dreams about the Manor of Sleep.
But he got sucked in too in the course of his research and now he's trying to find a way to escape from the dreams.
