The Camera Obscura captures past events, including their residual emotional energy. While testing its powers, I discovered an ingenious hidden feature.
By switching to the Paraceptual Filter and photographing such residual energy, the resulting shadow recreates the past.
Let's call these shadows "Vanishing Traces," as in traces of memories. In all likelihood, following these Vanishing Traces should enable one to search for missing people.
Why, then, would Dr. Asou conceal such tantalizing functionality?
Could it be that it remains incomplete? Or maybe he thought approaching the spiritual realm in such a manner was dangerous.
Whatever the case may be, I intend to use every tool at my disposal to photograph places and things that aren't meant to be seen.
Even things some might regard as taboo.
