Obtained: Chapter VII, after the final battle with Chitose.
Chitose Tachibana was Itsuki and Mutsuki's younger sister.
Deeply attached to her brothers, she hated Yae and Sae for getting Itsuki locked up when he helped them escape.
She now thinks Mio is Yae, and attacks her.
A delicate child, she always hid in the closet whenever outsiders came to the house to visit.
When The Repentance came, she hid in the closet to get away from the darkness.
Too afraid to come out, she witnessed the entire massacre from inside.
Chitose died in that closet...

Mio's Notes: Chitose Tachibana

Chitose was the younger sister of Itsuki and Mutsuki.
She loved her brothers, and when Itsuki was imprisoned for helping Sae and Yae run away, Chitose could not forgive the girls for what they had done.
Chitose's spirit believes Mio to be Yae, and attacks her.
Chitose was a sickly, timid child, and whenever visitors came to the house, she would conceal herself inside a wardrobe. On the day of the Repentance, she hid, her fear preventing her from going outside. But from her hiding place, she witnessed the carnage.
Unwilling to leave the wardrobe, she died still hidden within it.

Chitose Tachibana was the younger sister of Mutsuki and Itsuki Tachibana. She idolized her brothers and loathed the twins Yae and Sae, who she blamed for getting Itsuki locked up when he helped them escape. She would mistake Mio for Yae, and attack her accordingly. A shy, frail child, she would hide in closets whenever anyone outside of the family came to her home. On the day of the Repentance, she made for her usual hiding place out of fear of the encroaching Darkness. Too terrified to leave, she would hear and witness much of the slaughter that ensued. Eventually, she would meet her end within that very closet.
押し入れの少女
立花樹月と睦月の妹、立花千歳（ちとせ）。
二人の兄を慕っており、樹月が八重と紗重
を逃がして囚われたため二人を憎んでいる。
澪を八重だと思いこみ、澪に襲いかかる。
体が弱く、家人以外の人が家にくると、
いつも押入れに隠れていた。
大償の日も、迫り来る闇を怖れて押入れ
に隠れたが、怖さのあまり外に出られず、
虐殺の様子を見つづけた。
そして、そのまま押入れの中で死んでし
まった。
