The Tachibana House is connected to the Kiryu House by the Heaven Bridge and Earth Bridge. It was used to temporarily house Twin Shrine Maidens prior to the Crimson Sacrifice Ritual. It was also home to the Tachibana family, including Itsuki and Mutsuki Tachibana and their younger sister Chitose.

Ghosts Encountered
- Chitose Tachibana - attacks multiple times before dropping the Bell Key.
- Sae Kurosawa - chases Mio around the house at the start of Chapter 7.
- Minakami Villagers - if you try to open the main door from inside, they appear and attack.
Notable Events
- Sae chases you through this house at the start of Chapter 7, and later Mio finds Mayu locked up in Itsuki's room.
- In Deep Crimson Butterfly, two groups of vanishing ghosts tied to Chitose's memories appear towards the end of Chapter 7. The first can be found in the Tachibana Twins' Room, as Chitose and her brothers during "Happy Times". The second is in the Projector Room, as Chitose and her brothers watching a Film Reel of the Shadow Festival.
- In the Fatal Frame II Remake, Chitose's side story takes place in Tachibana House, showing how she made her way through the ghost-infested house during the Repentance and found a final letter Itsuki left for her in his room.[1]

Misc Info
- Tachibana House was locked and boarded up before the Repentance, and for the duration of Fatal Frame II, it is only accessible from Kiryu House, via the Earth Bridge. In Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake, the front door of Tachibana House unlocks during Chapter 8 at the commencement of Chitose Tachibana's side story.
- Tachibana House was the first place the villagers looked for Sae and Yae Kurosawa.
