We discovered some disturbing photos in a chest of drawers. Could these be the folklorist's children mentioned in Koji's notes? The photo is quite old, and shows some kids playing tag. In the corner of the photo there's a faint image of a young girl in a white kimono. Her finger is pointed this way and she looks as if she's making some silent accusation [Save us...]..."

箪笥は引き出すから見つけた写真に、気になるものが写っている。緒方氏のメモにあった、ここに住んでいたという民俗学者の子供たちのだろうか。相当古い写真で、子供たちが鬼ごっこをしている者だ。写真の隅に、白い着物を着た幼い少女が薄ら写り込んでいる。この少女はこちらを指差し、その目は何か訴えているように思える。
