An infamous Noh Mask design, said to be of a jealous woman transformed into a demon. Designs include two sharp, bull-like horns, piercing eyes, and a mouth going from ear to ear.
In Fatal Frame
- When the Himuro Family Master wears the Mask of Reflection in Fatal Frame, the latter transforms into this kind of mask.
- There is a Hannya Mask in the corridor connecting Rogetsu Hall to Haibara Infirmary in Fatal Frame IV.
