Masumi and Miyako, who had come looking for him, finally ran into each other in the lost village.
Together, they looked for a way out, but Miyako got hurt and had to be left in the Osaka House.
Masumi went into the Kurosawa House looking for clues, but got killed by the "Kusabi" there.
Miyako, waiting alone in the Osaka House for Masumi, was attacked by his dead spirit.
All she could do was beg to know why as Masumi's ghost began strangling her...

Mio's Notes: Masumi and Miyako
Obtained: Chapter 5, after completing the Bloody Ring Sidequest.

Miyako managed to track down her missing boyfriend, Masumi, and the two of them looked for a way to escape the village.
Injuring her foot, Miyako waited in the Osaka House while Masumi searched for an exit. When his search led him to the Kurosawa House at the heart of the village, he was viciously slain by the Kusabi.
Miyako waited alone in the Osaka house until Masumi's ghost returned, attacking her on sight.
'...But why?'
Masumi did not respond to Miyako's last words as his grip tightened around her neck...

After arriving in the Lost Village, Miyako was reunited with Masumi. As they searched for a way out, she became injured, and Masumi left her behind to search the Kurosawa house for clues. There, he was mauled to death by a kusabi. As Miyako waited for her beloved Masumi back at the Osaka house, she was set upon by his transformed spirit. Ignoring her desperate pleas, he strangled her to death.
真澄と美也子
「地図から消えた村」に迷い込んだ真澄は、
迫いかけてきた美也子とようやく出会い、
共に村の出口を探していた。
途中、足を痛めた美也子を逢坂家に残し、
出口の手がかりをもとめて、村の中心である
黒澤家に踏み込んだ真澄は、「楔」に
切り刻まれて殺される。
ひとり、逢坂家で真澄を待っていた美也子
は、霊となって帰ってきた真澄に襲われる。
「どうして・・・」変わり果てた真澄は、こたえ
ずに美也子の首をしめはじめた。
