Mio is forced to leave Mayu locked in the cell in Kurosawa House while she goes to look for a key. Seeking help again from the boy locked in the Storehouse, she opens the secret door in the Family Altar Room of the Osaka House, and searches for the key in the underground passage. After a battle with a Mourner, she retrieves the key and hurries back to Kurosawa House, but when she reaches the cell, Mayu has disappeared.
Back outside, Mio sees her sister traversing a high walkway between the Twin Houses. While the walkway is accessible from the Kiryu House, the door on the other side is locked, so Mio goes to look for another way in. She unseals the main doors to the Kiryu House and goes inside.

Extra
- If you have obtained the Bloody Ring, you may trigger an extra battle with Miyako Sudo and Masumi Makimura in Osaka House's back room to finish the Bloody Ring Sidequest. After this point, the Bloody Ring Sidequest becomes unavailable for the rest of the game.
- After returning to Kurosawa House to find the Cell empty, you can head back across the house towards the Great Hall for an optional fight with the Children Playing Tag. There is no reward for this fight.
