The man who appeared in the photo is Masumi Makimura, who went missing three months ago near the Minakami Dam site.
His fiancée went to look for him and never came back.
Many people have gone missing like this in the Minakami area and there are rumours that they've been spirited away.

According to what Miku found out from the papers, the girl in Kei's dreams was his niece, Mio.
A couple months ago, Mio and her twin sister Mayu went missing.
Mio was found alone about a week later.
Several other people have gone missing from around Minakami and there are rumors that they have been "spirited away".
