Miss Reika,

Are you still going about your life as you always have? As usual, I continue to spend my days attempting to figure out the details of my birth, and at night, I still keep having that strange dream.

Though it seemed odd to me at first, I now find myself wholeheartedly looking forward to it. That is because for some reason, as I walk, I sometimes hear your voice from deep within the mansion, or see you wandering about vacantly.

Now that I think about it, there was a story about a "Dreaming Priestess" told in our village. It was about a priestess who takes on the emotions of many people as she goes on dreaming ceaselessly, was it not? As I kept having the dream over and over, I suddenly found myself recalling the tale about her.

I have heard that there is someone known as the Dreaming Priestess at a shrine on the other side of the mountain, who is said to never show herself even to those who visit seeking her aid. No matter how I chase after you in my dreams, you never show your face to me. It stirred up a hazy feeling within that to me, you seem just like that priestess.

I wonder if perhaps this Dreaming Priestess is scooping up my feelings as I think of you and sending me these dreams; and so, each day, I think fond thoughts of my parents and everyone from the village, too.

I must have made you feel terribly lonely, prioritising my own convenience and leaving the village without you as I did. I have not the faintest idea when it will be, but one day I shall return to the village, and I pray from the bottom of my heart that when I do, you and I will be reunited.

Until that day, please take care of yourself.

Kaname
