One of four stones that are placed on the small altar in the Tattoo Altar. Once all are placed in the right order the Hanging Prison is raised. When put on the altar this stone plays, "Lest the doors open wide, and suffering unleashed on all", which is part of the Handmaiden's Song. It is found in Hisame Kuze's Doll Altar.
The stone is #4 in order from left to right when placed in the shrine below the Hanging Prison.
