MAINLAND SCIENTIST KUNIHIKO ASOU VISITS ROUGETSU ISLAND
Dr. Asou is an accomplished folklorist who has come to our island to fulfill his aspiration of documenting our traditions, crafts, and customs. He will also be attending the festival tomorrow to observe the Rougetsu Kagura.
We sincerely hope that many visitors from the mainland will join him in taking advantage of this rare opportunity.
Following his stay at Rougetsu Hall, Dr. Asou's inn room will be converted into a reference room and opened to the public.
