Additional Notes
Throughout Mask of the Lunar Eclipse, the game occasionally refers to faces (顔; kao) and masks (仮面; kamen) specifically, but the character most often used is 面 (men), which can mean either (or both) contextually. When this note was written, the Mask of the Lunar Eclipse worn by Sakuya had already been shattered. The author is referring to the shadows blooming from her face as both her face and her "mask".
