It's really embarassing, but I can't remember her face.<br><br>
It's embarrassing to say this, but I simply can't remember her face.


She left a strong impression on me, but...<br><br>
I have an impression that she's quite pretty, but I don't know what her face looks like. I can't remember it.

This is unheard of for me. A nurse can usually remember her patients' names and faces very easily.

Regarding the woman in the isolation room:

It's embarrassing to say this, but I simply can't remember her face.
