Today, at the Lunar Eclipse Hall, the Rougetsu Kagura will be performed.
By 10pm, I summon you to an honorable assembly at the designated location.
During the Kagura performance, the door of the Lunar Eclipse Hall will be closed, and no one will be able to enter or exit.
Please take note that the Lunar Eclipse is assumed to start at midnight.
Furthermore, all attendees will be presented with a mask at the Luminary Sanctum, which must be worn at all times.
