Room 412 "Frozen Moon" (isolation room)

This is the only room on the fourth floor.
NOTES: The patient is in an extremely dangerous condition. Report to the director immediately if she shows any signs of deterioration or becomes agitated.
Calling her by name or looking at her face are forbidden, as both can cause her condition to worsen.
Bearing in mind the recent death of one of the nurses, staff are advised for their own safety to avoid prolonged contact with the patient.
If any of the nurses feel their mood or physical condition get worse, they should discontinue duties immediately.
The corridor to the isolation room is sealed with a gate which can be opened by unlocking it from the nurse station.
Please note that it is not possible to enter the isolation room with just the master key.

412号室 隔離病室 氷月（ひょうげつ）

四階の病室は隔離病室のみとなっています。
特記事項⋯
きわめて危険な状態ですので、
容態が悪化して錯乱状態になった場合は、
すぐに院長に連絡してください。
また、患者の容態の悪化を招く恐れがあるので、
名前を呼ぶこと、顔を見つめる行為を禁じます。
先日亡くなった看護婦のこともありますので、
安全のためにも患者と長く接しないように
してください。
看護中に体調がおかしくなったり、
気分が悪くなったりしたら、
いったん、看護を中止してください。
なお、隔離病室への廊下は、
鉄格子で遮断されてますが、
管理室で扉を解除することで
鉄格子がすべて上がるようになっています。
合鍵だけでは隔離病室まで
行くことはできませんので、
十分注意してください。
