Cause of Death: Drowning
Circumstances of Death:
Found floating in Rogetsu Hall pool by a nurse. She was already dead from cardiopulmonary arrest at time of discovery.
Additional Notes:
Deceased reported to have entered state of agitation at the same time Tsubaki Tono collapsed on the night of the Kagura and developed Moonlight Syndrome thereafter.
Note left at scene indicates suicide.
- Typical case of someone losing themselves at the Kagura and not coming back?
- Signs of budding. Harvest face.

死亡状況報告：
朧月館のプールに浮かんでいるのを
看護婦が発見。
発見時にはすでに心肺停止状態。
補足事項：
神楽の夜、遠野椿昏倒時に
錯乱状態になったとの報告あり。
また、神楽の夜から月幽病が発症。
遺書のような走り書きもあり、
自殺と思われる。
・神楽にて一時的に自己を失った後に
死に戻らなくなる典型的な発症例か？
・芽吹いた形跡あり。
