Name: Misaki Asou
Asou, Misaki (female, age 7)
Age: 7 Years
Room: 310 "Waning Moon"
Room: 310 - Kamisarizuki (Month the Kami Leave)

It appears that she is already budding. Symptoms include significant memory impairment, muddled sense of self-awareness, and exhibiting a fear of mirrors. This is characteristic of advanced-stage Getsuyuu Syndrome, so there was little question as to the diagnosis. Progression is severe.
Possibly budded. Exhibits severe memory loss, increasing vagueness of self-identity and fear of mirrors.

It's also evident that the patient's predisposition to spirit channeling is related to the disease's progression, a situation similar to that of the patient in Room 412 - Hyougetsu (Month of Ice).
Immediate Moonlight Syndrome diagnosis. Progression of symptoms is severe.

Female patients whose age at onset was younger than 10 to 12 years are notoriously difficult to cure. Even after they appear to have recovered, there is a high probability that symptoms will reemerge due to environmental or psychological triggers.
As seen with patient in room 412 "Frozen Moon," advancement of Moonlight Syndrome is clearly connected with the patient's own spiritual potential.

Thorough and detailed records regarding her condition should be kept by all involved in her case.
Complete recovery for female patients presenting the syndrome before the age of 12 is very difficult. They will often seem to have recovered but are vulnerable to relapses caused by living environment and emotional trauma.

Special Notes:
Care must be taken to make thoroughly detailed records of her condition.
We are planning an experimental use of the treatment designed for the patient in Room 412. This may yield clues informing the treatment of said patient.

Addendum:
Scheduled for experimental application of the procedure to be carried out on the patient in 412. This may provide clues on how to treat that patient.
With regard to the patient's refusal to be separated from "someone special", please do not pry them apart as this may destabilize her condition.

ADDENDUM: Regarding her refusal to be parted from her "special friend": since this allows her to remain stable, do not try to force them apart.
