A song was broadcast throughout the entire facility between 12:00 and 17:00 today to attempt simultaneous music therapy.
As usual, selections from the lunar melody were used.
At that time, we were able to confirm an unusually extreme response from some patients. (Pediatric patients were especially responsive.)
Because we could confirm a certain degree of efficacy, there is a possibility that this experiment will be replicated.
However, from what I saw today, there were many reactions that could never be interpreted favorably.
There are many behaviors exhibited by patients that are still inexplicable to us.
Please exercise due caution and be prepared for unforeseen circumstances in the event of further experiments.

本日、院内一斉の音楽療法として
正午から午後五時まで、曲を館内
放送で流す試みがありました。
曲は通常どおり、月の音から選択した
ものを使用。
その際、一部の患者に、普段見せない
極端な反応が確認されました。
（小児患者は特に大きく反応）
ある程度の効果が確認された為、
再度行われる可能性があるとの事。
ただし、今日確認した限り
決して好意的に解釈できない反応が
多かったと思われます。
患者たちの行動は我々にとって
未だに不可解な事が多いです。
次に試みが行われる時は、十分注意して
不測の事態に備えてください。
