Karasawa Shrine is a shrine in Karasawa Village. For generations, it has been administered by women of the Washizuki family, who take on the role of the Shadow Priestess. It has a bathhouse and accommodation for guests, and is currently run as a shrine and inn by Sara's Grandmother. At least in name, however, Sara Washizuki is the head of the shrine.
In Chapter 27, it is revealed that Reiji Hotei's grandfather was once a priest at the shrine, although he and Sara have no knowledge of each other and have never met.
