Circumstances of Death:
Collapsed while performing the role of the Vessel during the Rogetsu Kagura. Witnesses reported that she was already dead when they rushed to help her.
Cause of Death:
Post-mortem failed to reveal any disease or injury. Suspect heart failure but this diagnosis is inconsistent with the condition of the body.
Additional Notes:
Face could not be identified, cause unknown. Fortunately, deceased did not blossom.
- Did Rite of Descent affect Kagura?
- Death possibly caused by mask.

死亡状況報告：
朧月神楽の器役として朧月祭に参加。
神楽にて舞の最中に昏倒。
証言では、観衆が駆け寄った時には
既に死亡していたとの事。
死亡原因：
解剖の結果、外傷及び疾患は確認できず。
心臓発作の疑いがあるが
現状原因の特定には至っていない。
・顔が判別できない状態
→原因不明。
幸いにも、咲いたわけではない
・ほぼ同時刻に死亡
→帰来迎が表の祭りに影響？
・面を使用した事が原因か
→後日 四方月氏に報告
