The entrance to the Temple of Tsukiyomi, where the Rite of Descent is performed, is closed and entry is forbidden.
A certain Moonsound must be played in order to open the temple, but it has been lost to history.
However, I found an old music score in the Haibara archives. They said they used Professor Asou's Camera Obscura to reconstruct the score from the burned remains of a document.
