Haibara Clinic Kanji 灰原医院 （はいばら　いいん） Game Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse Located at Tokyo Function Doctor's clinic Status Unknown

A medical clinic in Tokyo run by Yo Haibara. When Yo left Rogetsu Isle, he used his clinic to continue subjecting patients to medical experiments. Several of these patients died, attracting the attention of the police. The police then raided the clinic, but Haibara had already returned to Rogetsu Isle to hide out. Choshiro Kirishima, one of the officers that searched the clinic, followed him back to the island.
