A ghost from Fatal Frame IV. Miyoshi served the Haibaras, and acted as a guard to the Court of the Unhallowed in the basement of Rogetsu Hall. According to the ghost list, she enjoyed serving the Haibara family and loved to watch the Kagura.
When Sakuya Haibara broke out of confinement, Miyoshi fled to the tunnels beneath Rogetsu Isle in an attempt to escape her. However, she was trapped, and Sakuya killed her; though it is likely she died of Blossoming, it is never stated exactly what killed her.

- Miyoshi carries a torch and always attacks as part of a group, attacking alongside the other masked shrine guards.
