Plot Summary

The two groups, led by Sara and Tousei, continue searching for clues and trying to solve the riddles left behind by the Necromancer. The clues are confusing and appear to point to multiple different places. Reiji Hotei suggests splitting up to cover more ground, and to everyone's surprise, Beniko offers to go with him. The two are quickly attacked by ghosts, and Beniko almost dies when Reiji runs away and leaves her behind.

This volume also includes the "Extra" story, Sara and Kanon. This bonus story shows how Sara and Kanon first met and became friends, and tells of an incident in which Kanon becomes lost in an underground tunnel associated with the Shadow Priestess tradition and Mount Kegare.
