Kaoru Sendou was the elder twin of Kageri Sendo and an inhabitant of Rogetsu Isle. They were born into a prominent family on the island, but she appears to have had a troubled relationship with her sister. Kaoru was unable to walk because Kageri deliberately pushed her, and though the details are vague, notes mention Kageri making a confession which Kaoru refused.
