Template:FFIV GhostNatsuki was a patient at Rougetsu Hall who suffered from Getsuyuu Syndrome. The ghost list mentions that she waited for her lover to visit her, by the entrance to the ward she was hospitalized in. He never came, however, and this drove her deeper into insanity.
She is first encountered in the second floor ward of Rougetsu Hall, attempting to stop Ruka from returning the Tadareta Mask to the dining room. Her second appearance is with fellow patient Iori Aiba, in Chapter 2.

- Natsuki's primary attack involves her ducking at close range, before lunging at the character - the same attack as Iori Aiba.
