Fatal Frame
Miku and Mafuyu are both carrying flashlights when they enter Himuro Mansion. In the Xbox version, when Miku wears one of the yukata costumes, the flashlight is replaced with a paper lantern.
Fatal Frame II / Deep Crimson Butterfly
The flashlight that Mio finds on a table in the Osaka House Family Altar Room, along with the Camera Obscura Pointers (in FF2) or on the floor in the Dirt Corridor (in DCB). It was brought to the village by Miyako Sudo. The flashlight does not work inside the Kurosawa House. At the beginning of the first chapter, Mio will not cross to the Minakami Cemetery because she thinks the bridge would be too dangerous without a light.
Fatal Frame III
All the characters have a flashlight as soon as they enter the Manor of Sleep. It is unknown how they obtained them, except Rei Kurosawa does not carry a flashlight in her daydream.
Fatal Frame IV

This flashlight is the largest of all flashlights in the series, except for the flashlight given to Choushiro Kirishima by Sayaka Minazuki. The flashlight is used to change the angle of view using the Wii Remote. Items in the game will not be visible until the flashlight is pointed at them, and players must use the item filament to guide them in directing the beam of light.
