Clear all missions in Mission Mode with any ranks.

Misc. Info

  • Madoka's Dress Form also appears in the ghost Gallery, along with her ghost's picture in her default costume.
  • There is a ghostly version of this costume in game files, but in the original Wii version of the game, Madoka's ghost always appears in her default costume. It is not known whether this is a bug or whether developers decided not to include it. Some modded versions of the game have added the ghost costume back, and it was also added to the remaster in 2023.
