Room 308 "Silent Moon" is one of the patient rooms within Rogetsu Hall in Fatal Frame IV. It is named after the eighth month in the old Japanese calendar, and the room sign bears a susuki grass pattern. Ten years before the events of the game, Room 308 was Ruka Yomotsuki's room.
Ruka's room contains a piano, which she used to practise on, and a music box which plays the Moonsong. On the wall hangs a photograph which shows the torii gate offshore at Tsukiyomi Beach, and the Cape Tsukiyomi Lighthouse. Ruka's mother visited her here during Ruka's hospitalisation at Rogetsu Hall, and left some items behind under the bed when the two left the island.

Misc. Info
- The room bears the name of "Ruka Yomotsuki" rather than Minazuki; Yomotsuki was Ruka's original surname.
- Tsukimi or moon-viewing festivals are usually held during the eighth month, when the full moon is considered to be particularly beautiful.
