Template:FFIV GhostSanae was a native of Rougetsu Island and a patient at Haibara Hospital, being treated for Getsuyuu Syndrome. She is first encountered in Chapter 3, in the Entrance Hall of the hospital.

- Sanae is one of few patients being treated for Getsuyuu Syndrome to be an actual native of the island.
- In the spirit list, her surname is 胞月, while in the biographies it is 砲月.
