Template:FFIV GhostHimiko was a patient at Haibara Infirmary. After the Rite of Descent, her Moonlight Syndrome progressed, and she began to wander, waking in strange places with no memory of how she got there. She imagined she heard strange music, and began to lose her memories.
When the normal medicines failed to improve her condition, she was subjected to experimental brain surgery, performed by Shigeto Haibara. The device attached to her head was designed to stimulate different areas of the brain, like the masks and Moonsounds,[1] but Himiko died after the operation. Her spirit wanders in endless pain, seeking escape.[2]
