Utsuro is a ghost exclusive to the Xbox version of Fatal Frame II, and is the final boss of Survival Mode. It is not the ghost of any one person, but rather an amalgamation of lost souls from the Hellish Abyss. Born from pure hatred, they can neither live nor die and will forever suffer in pain.
Battle
In battle, Utsuro remains partly inside the Hellish Abyss, using ranged attacks against Mio.
