The "Hanging Twins" are twin girls who appear for less than a second in a vision that Mayu Amakura and Mio Amakura share when they first enter the Osaka House in Minakami Village. They apparently died by hanging in a hallway of Kurosawa House. Nothing is known about them, but their brief appearance has given rise to many Fan Theories about their identity.

Misc. Info

  • The Hanging Twins resemble the Kiryu Twins, and are wearing the same clothes.
  • They appear to have been a fairly late addition to the game, as they do not appear in the August 2003 prototype demo.
