A list of voice actors in Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake and their roles, if known. Voice actors for the Fatal Frame Series often provide voices for multiple characters and are not usually credited by role.

Note: Mio and Mayu were recast to suit the modern era, but the ghost voices remain the same, preserving the analogue sound of the original recordings and reflecting how the ghosts are frozen in time.[3] As such, Ayako Kawasumi, who played both Mayu and Sae in Fatal Frame II and Deep Crimson Butterfly, remains as the voice of Sae but no longer voices Mayu. Akemi Kanda, who originally voiced Mio and Yae, has returned as the voice of Chitose in the remake.[2]
