Minakami Alleyway is a new explorable area in Minakami Village, added in Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake. It is an area of tightly-clustered houses arranged around narrow alleyways between Tachibana House and the Tomonaki River. Ordinary villagers who were not members of the five main families lived here in the small, simple houses. During the game, all of the houses are locked, though it is possible to see inside them through the unpapered windows and broken walls.
Notable Events
- During Chapter 8, Mio and Mayu must find the three Children Playing Tag to obtain the Tsuchihara Family Crest. Mayu, possessed by Sae, will recall playing hide-and-seek in this area as a child.
