A woman dressed in white was looking down at me. She looked like one of those shrine maidens I've heard about.
I didn't have the strength to move, but she kept on watching me.
She seemed harmless.
I came here because I don't like people looking at me. They're always looking down on me.
But being watched in my final moments felt strangely relieving.
I'm glad I came here.

ずっと僕を見下ろしていた。
動く力も残ってない僕を、
そのまま、ずっと見ていた。
嫌な感じはしなかった。
人に見られるのが嫌で、
人に見下されるのが嫌で、
ここに来た。
でも、最期を見ていてくれる人が
いると思うと、不思議と安心する。
ここに来て良かった。
