- A lolita-style costume. Miku has blue eyes and heavier make-up while wearing this costume. The fabric wrapped around the neck of her shirt is white, and her shirt is now purple, with the Himuro family crest on the back. She wears a black skirt and white stockings.
- This costume was suggested by director Makoto Shibata.
- This costume is "Special 2" in the PS2 version, and "Special 3" in the Xbox version.
