This young boy was a friend of Mikoto Munakata. He lived in a village near Himuro Mansion and visited often to play with Mikoto. He is shown in one of the photographs Yae took of the children playing Demon Tag.
On the 24th of June (year unknown) he and Mikoto's other two friends came to play with Mikoto as they usually did. On this day, Mikoto was chosen to be the "demon" (or seeker) and her friends ran throughout the mansion looking for a place to hide. The boy decided to hide near the clock in the Fireplace Room. Sometime while he was waiting to be found, Long Arms snatched him, dragged him into the clock and into the spirit world. His body was never found.
After his death, the boy's spirit returned to Himuro Mansion. He continued to play Demon Tag with the other children who had also died in a similar fashion. He takes a piece of the Holy Mirror that Miku Hinasaki has found, saying he has to give it to "that man". She later defeats him and takes the piece back.
Misc Info
- • This ghost appears to have two different designs. In the file photos he appears in, and during his battle appearance, he has short hair and a blue kimono with a white pattern on it, tucked up so it reaches just below his knees. However, as a vanishing ghost and in the cutscene where he steals the mirror piece from Miku, he has longer hair and wears a plain, ankle-length grey kimono, exactly like the other Demon Tag children Miku sees in her visions in the 2nd Night. The reason for this inconsistency is not known.
• According to the note he wrote while waiting for Mikoto to find him, he was planning to ask her whether or not she liked him.
