- A lolita-style costume. Miku has blue eyes and heavier make-up while wearing this costume. Her necktie is white, and her shirt is now purple, with the Himuro family crest on the back. She wears a black skirt and white stockings.
- While wearing this costume, Miku's Hairclip is recoloured magenta.
- This costume was suggested by director Makoto Shibata.
- This costume is "Special 2" in the PS2 version, and "Special 3" in the Xbox version.
