Obtained: Go straight through the passageway without chasing Mayu.
Canon? No
Song: None
Game: Fatal Frame II
After the villagers capture Mayu, the player as Mio does not go after her sister and instead returns to the Kureha Shrine. Exiting through the passageway that leads out of the village, she runs down the underground path. The player is given two chances to change their minds before the FMV continues.
As Mio escapes along the passage, she hears a voice behind her, asking, "Are you leaving me again?" Itsuki's voice warns her not to look back, but the voice speaks again, this time sounding like Mayu and reminding Mio of their promise to stay together forever.
Mio turns and sees that she is being pursued by Sae Kurosawa's ghost, who reaches out for her. Just as Sae grabs her, Mio wakes up alone in the forest, just where she and Mayu were sitting at the beginning of the game. As she sits alone in the forest, Mayu and Sae can be heard, vowing to wait for their sisters forever.
